Summer Series
Preschool age - early elementary and caregiver: the goal of this series is to introduce kids to yoga and mindfulness through songs, games and books. Weekly offerings at Madison parks. Great for those who are new or well seasoned yogis. Classes typically last between 30-40 minutes.
Limited Series: 3-6 week options
Preschool age - early elementary: the goal of the series is to move our bodies and work on belly breathing.
Elementary/Tween: the goal is to work on self-confidence, focus, and breath work.
One-time event classes offered: Birthday, End of School/summer party.
The goal of the one-time event would be to introduce movement, breath work, and meditation in a fun and playful manner. These one-time events can include a craft project that creates a take-home item to help develop meditation skills.
